Furthermore, the Ethereum (ETH) price dipped below the $3,100 mark amid the bearish turn. In contrast, other top altcoins, such as Solana (SOL) and XRP gained significantly while Cardano (ADA) recorded a slump.

1. Bitcoin Price
The Bitcoin price was down by 1.12% reaching $63,412.60 at the time of writing on Tuesday, May 7. On the other hand, it’s trading volume skyrocketed 71.55% to $30.31 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the crypto’s market capitalization dipped to $1.24 trillion.
2. Ethereum Price
The Ethereum price rallied 1.73% to $3,148.06 at press time with a market valuation of $374.01 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume drop 3.24%, reaching $8.28 billion.
3. Solana Price
The Solana price recovered significantly and approached the $150 mark today. The Solana price surged 1.58%, settling at $147.81. In contrast, SOL witnessed a 53.70% plunge in trade volume to $1.51 billion in the last 24 hours.
4. XRP Price
Whilst, the XRP price crossed the $0.53 mark. The XRP price recorded a gain of 1.16%, reaching $0.5339. On the other hand, XRP’s trading volume jumped 19.07% to $540.58 million.
5. Cardano Price
Meanwhile, the Cardano crypto price was up 0.64% to $0.4588 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a decline of 13.99% in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $222.55 million.
6. Dogecoin & Shiba Inu Price
The Dogecoin price gained 1.77% to $0.1626 while its rival, Shiba Inu price was up 1.22% and traded at $0.00002479.
