Gupta described this innovation as a bridge between India’s heritage and blockchain technology. NFT-based tickets will be available on NFTtrace, a platform focused on real-world assets. The Kumbh Mela, celebrated every 12 years, holds UNESCO recognition as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. MahaKumbh Mela, however, occurs only once every 144 years. The upcoming pilgrimage has already gained international attention.
