Notably, this prevents us from any shareholder acquiring 15% or more of Bitfarms common shares without a formal takeover bid. Riot platform CEO, Jason Les expressed his frustration ensuring shareholder influence on the company’s direction and that Bitfarms did not engage in private regarding the addition of independent directors and the resignation of chairman Nicolas Bonta.
