On March 11, over 17.62 trillion SHIB were transferred in transactions over $100,000, signifying increased activity by whales (large investors) on this day. IntoTheBlock classifies large transactions as those involving transfers of more than $100,000. Hence, the spikes in large transaction volumes indicate increased whale activity which can be buying or selling. This activity comes at a time when there has been increased attention on meme tokens and decentralized ecosystems.
