On June 5, 2025, the company priced its initial public offering of 11,764,700 shares of 10% Series A Perpetual Stride Preferred Stock at $85 per share. Strategy expects to raise about $979.7 million in net proceeds, which will be used for general corporate purposes and to strengthen its growth plans.
