Founder Yu Xian identified the root cause as vulnerabilities in the platform’s openness, which allows for scams via message groups and airdrops. Although TON has rapidly grown over 2024, with a 4,500% increase in Total Value Locked (TVL) to $648 million, security concerns persist.
