The regulator noted that firms like Retardio Solana may change their contact details over time and may also give details that belong to another business or individual, so the information looks genuine. FCA confirmed that users who deal with this firm will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service in case of any complaint. FCA has urged the users to deal with registered crypto firms.
